Program Objectives

To train specialists in financial operations who are proficient in both the financial and legal aspects, as well as the tax aspects, of Corporate Finance.

This master's programme focuses in particular on analysing the financial health of companies, valuations, mergers, acquisitions, LBOs, securities issues, the use of hybrid financial products, equity investments in the form of venture capital, securitisation and hive-off operations, project financing, etc.

  • Any student holding a Bachelor's degree in Finance or an equivalent diploma could access the first year of the Professional Master's in Financial Engineering.

Students who have successfully completed M1 can access M2 in one of the partner universities. The selection of candidates will be based on their application and an interview with a selection committee, and after meeting the selection criteria required by the partner university.
