The Private Faculty of Management and Technology – UPES is recruiting Administrative Officers to ensure the smooth operation of administrative services and support academic and administrative activities.
We are looking for dynamic, organized, and meticulous candidates with strong proficiency in office tools and excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsabilités
Welcome and guide students, faculty members, and visitors.
Manage administrative records for students and faculty.
Handle official correspondence, emails, and documents.
Assist in organizing academic and administrative events.
Collaborate with various teams to optimize internal processes.
Job Type
Contract: Fixed-term (CDD) or permanent (CDI), depending on profile and experience.
Skills
Degree in administration, management, or a related field.
Experience in administrative and office management.
Proficiency in management software and office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and customer service mindset.
Proficiency in French and English is a plus.
